This is one of the photo's that was sent to us in her referral papers! This photo was taken in late December. Notice the layers of clothes. There is a Chinese law that no government building south of the Yangtze Riveris heated. This includes schools and orphanages. I have been told that the children are used to this, so it is not an issue for them, as it would be for us. I sure hope that she is not bundled like this when go to get her in the heat of the summer! The layers will be pulled off quickly, that is for sure!
Names? Well, we think we have it figured out, then there are doubts... so I am going to hold of on revealing her American name. I will tell you that part of her name will remain Wen Xia.
